Satish Soman is a veteran technology entrepreneur and executive leader with decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-impact technology companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.), Bombay, one of the world’s most prestigious engineering institutions, and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. He is an accomplished innovator with 16 awarded patents spanning advanced technologies and systems design. Satish has co-founded multiple successful start-ups, including a venture achieving a billion-dollar ($1B) exit. He has demonstrated the ability to translate innovation into large-scale commercial success.

Throughout his career, he has held executive management and C-suite leadership positions across both public and private high-tech companies. He has driven strategy, product innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a strong business vision, enabling organizations to build robust, future-ready solutions.

Mark Phillips is a volatility trader and market structure expert. He is the producer of TheTape.Report, a digital advisory platform for identifying trading opportunities and managing options strategies. Mark blogs weekly at The Till about options markets and how they’re traded. He launched Harvested Financial in 2019 to provide structured options investments for individuals, advisors, and funds.

Prior to Harvested, Mark spent 15 years working in proprietary market making with Group One Trading. In 2013 he was named Managing Director of Trading Opportunity, overseeing business intelligence and market structure. He started his career on the floor of the AMEX exchange, managing portfolios of equity, ETF, and volatility products. He is a graduate of Tufts University and the Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
